Mark Chaplin - President/CEO
Mark was trained in Engineering at the British Columbia Institute
of Technology and worked as an Engineer at Mitroflow International
Inc, a leading medical device manufacturer. In 1999, Mark left
Mitroflow to dedicate his time and experience to develop the
Disc-Go-Mech automated disc repair machine and its processes.
Mark has been the business manager for the company since 1996
and was named CEO in 2000. Mark was named one of Vancouver's
Top 40 under 40 by Business in Vancouver magazine
in 2004. Under his leadership, Disc-Go-Tech has expanded its
markets to include Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa. |

Andreas Abele - Chief Operating Officer
Andreas joined Disc-Go-Tech in March of 2004
to assume responsibility for operations, administration,
finance, and customer service. His commitment to excellence
in organizational leadership is demonstrated through
his accomplished track record as a business executive.
Among other roles, he served as Director of Administration
on the Executive Management Team of Mitroflow International
Inc., an international high-technology company, named
as one of BC's best-managed companies by Ernst and
Young. Andreas has received a Master of Arts from
Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. Andreas
has published a new book entitled "Is
This All There Is?: A Story About Discovering Your
Greatest Possibilities" and was named one
of Vancouver's Top 40 under 40 by Business in Vancouver
magazine in 2007.

Ron Haufler - Production/Co-Founder
Ron has more than 15 years experience in surface
finishing and has dedicated himself to disc repair at Disc-Go-Tech.
Ron is the inventor of the CD repair process that was used
in the development of today's Disc-Go-Mech machines. Ron is
responsible for the technical aspects of the Disc-Go-Mech
polishing process and assembly process. Ron has served as
technical specialist since 1996, and was named Production
Supervisor in March of 2004.
