Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with the Disc-Go-Pod.  We have been using it for about six weeks.  We are finding that it takes many of the scratches out of CDs and DVDs that are returned to our library that would otherwise have to be replaced, thus saving us money.  We feel that in no time it will pay for itself.

The Ramara Public Library recently purchased the Disc-Go-Pod to help us with the cleaning of all our DVDs, CDs, plus Books on CD.

To date this unit has cleaned over 200 discs without any problems what so ever. We have managed to remove scratches, nicks, fingerprints, food, etc. that appears on these discs.

In the past we were using just regular cleaners that only cleaned the surface dust and fingerprints, but would not eliminate any of the scratches.

With the Disc-Go-Pod we have been able to enhance the collection by keeping them clean and scratch free.

I'm writing you to let you know how pleased I am with your Disc-Go-Pod…We have over 5000 DVD and Game Discs in our system.

My previous attempts at repairing disc started with consumer products… manual Disc Doctor, then a Electric Disc Doctor Pro, all of which were of little or no good in reliably repairing surface damage.

 When the Disc-Go-Pod arrived I thought I would test it by taken a title that I had over purchased for rental, and run it across our tiled floor for all intensive purposes ruining the disc. After 3 cycles in the machine it was playable! 

…on the second day, it had already paid for itself by repairing over a dozen damaged Game Discs…

I will be purchasing a second machine in the near future to insure all my valuable disc are in great condition.

Just want to say a few words about the Disc-Go-Pod. Before I had the Pod I had a very expensive machine that fixed fine to medium scratches. Since I have the Pod I hav`nt had a disc that I could not fix. I clean and fix about 20 to 30 disc a day and hasn`t disapointed me yet. The Pod is not only paying itself out but is also paying my expensive machine. The value the Pod is giving me is priceless. No more dissatisfied customer for a dirty disc. No more lost sales because of sending disc away for repair. It is the one step disc repair to peace of mind. Plus all the walk in customers that brings their disc in for repair.

Just writing this short note to let you know that the Disc-Go-Pod works beyond my expectations.  After receiving it, we had the pod up and running in less than 5 minutes.  At that time, we had over 20 discs that needed resurfacing.  Within an hour, we had them all up and running.  Prior to receiving the Disc-Go-Pod, we were using the Disc Doctor with little success.  With the Disc Doctor, we were only able to restore half of our defective discs.  With the Disc-Go-Pod, our success rate has been approximately 95 percent.

The Disc-Go-Pod has been a wonderful purchase for our store.  We believe the machine will pay for itself within the first three months of operation.  I only wish this machine had been on the market 5 years ago when we first opened the store.
