Repair all your discs, from light to heavy scratch damage in one easy step. Simply place your disc onto the disc tray, select your repair cycle and the Disc-Go-SOLO starts working.
Perfect for medium volume store level operations and library systems who would like the flexibility and scalability to upgrade to automation at a later date. Keep the same supplies and cartridges - they work in both the Disc-Go-Solo and the Disc-Go-100.
Fully Upgradeable
The Disc-Go-Solo is upgradeable to the automation
of the Disc-Go-100 through the addition of the robotic
arm. With the upgrade you will be able to
easily load up to 100 discs at a time on the repair
spindle, select your repair setting, and let the
machine get to work! The Disc-Go-100 will automatically
load the discs into the machine, repair them, and
return each disc to the finishing spindle. After
a quick spray and wipe the disc looks like new and
ready to go back in its case!
Desktop Size
The Disc-Go-Solo's footprint measures only 16" x 10", so it can fit virtually anywhere in your workplace. And no need to worry about plumbing or waste; everything is recycled back into the machine.
Self Cleaning
Another great feature of the Disc Go SOLO is the Self Cleaning function – simply insert the Cleaning Cartridge, press start and the machine will run its solution through an aggressive self cleaning cycle – saving you time and effort!
Cartridge-based Supplies
The Disc-Go-100 uses a revolutionary new concept in polish containment - cartridges! This means no messy pouring or waste to deal with – EVER!!
Much like a printer, simply plug-in the appropriate cartridge (Repair, Buffing/Polishing or Cleaning Cartridges are available) and get to work. The SmartChip™ technology embedded in the cartridge will notify the user when the consumables are low and the cartridge needs to be changed. All the waste is returned to the cartridge, so when it's finished, just plug-in a new one!

The Disc-Go-Solo comes with a starter pack for up to 100 repairs. Starter Pack includes:
