Our library circulates over 1.5 million items a year. A substantial amount of our circulation numbers comes from our DVD’s, CD’s, and Book on CD’s. As anyone can tell you these items when mixed with the public develop scratches, scuff marks and who knows what else. The cleaning and repairing of these items has become a very important issue for us. We have recently replaced our old cleaning method with the Disc Go Roboto, and we couldn’t be more pleased! When the machine arrived, we had 425 discs to be cleaned. All with different levels of repair needed (from light to heavy). The Disc Go Roboto cleaned all these items in a combined time of 21 hours! We love our Disc-Go-Roboto Machine...I have to admit I thought it was a bit pricey but I had to take the plunge and try something new because what we were doing couldn't keep up with our amount of scratched product...I had thousands of dollars of merchandise being tied up because our little machines were so slow and labor intensive...We got our machine in January and it paid for itself by February!! Well worth the price...Our customers are happier because we have so much for them to buy now and sales are better than ever...Now, I am able to buy more product because I know I can fix it. I took a second plunge and bought a second machine and we are doing even better. We did have a problem with the solenoid on one of the machines and contacted them and they immediately went into action and solved the problem..they really know their product. They have great customer service and it's truly easy and a pleasure to do business with them. They are an all around good company....and I am currently thinking about buying a third machine...

Our DVD and CD collections at Regina Public Library are very popular and have a high volume of circulation. We were faced with either replacing a number of damaged disks or purchasing a resurfacing unit. With the Disk-Go-Roboto, we can repair disks with light to heavy scratches. The robotic arm allows the resurfacing of 90 disks at a time without staff intervention. We have been able to save money by restoring almost all of our damaged disks. The staff at Disc-Go-Technologies has been very helpful with our technical questions and is quick to fill our supplies requests. The Disk-Go-Roboto has proven to be a great investment.

I have just purchased the Disc-Go-Roboto. It does not take a long time to see that this machine is the real deal. I am the owner of another very well known brand (of disc repair machine) and I can say to you that the finish result with the Disc-Go-Roboto is much better, almost like new. The fact that you don't have to intervene more than one time for each disc is another thing that you have to consider. Also, this is built in Canada, something rare. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and even tough it seems expensive at first, I would recommend it to all people who have to do a minimum of discs every week.
