Testimonials
We own a small pawn shop in south-eastern Ontario. One of our biggest issues was people bringing in disk based items to pawn or sell that looked essentially like a cat had played floor hockey with the item on a sandpaper floor. We searched out numerous solutions but most were too messy or too time consuming or in the end simply did not work.
I was doing a goggle search late in 2006 and there was information for Disc-Go-Tech. So I went and had a look at the web site. I found myself going back to their site a number of times to read the information. Everything they talked about was stuff I knew and it simply made sense!
I then saw the infamous spot on CSI:NY with a Disc-Go-Cube and realized that this was being used in Main Stream media!
I contacted the company and spoke with a sales rep and explained our business to him and what I was interested in. We were going to get two of the smaller units. When he listened to me he introduced me to a new product they had just brought out….. The DISC-GO-DEVIL.
He explained that for our business it would make more sense to buy a slightly more expensive machine but that it had combined all of the best features of the Industrial Cube with the ease of use of the home user systems. I took some time to consider what our use level would be and even did an informal poll of our client base as to whether they would find this service useful. As well I check the local market and found that no one offered this service anywhere locally.
I ordered the machine and the end of January 2007 it arrived. We unpacked it and took one of our worst cds that we could find and ran it through the machine. The results were simply AMAZING! This CD could not even be read prior to going into the machine. When it came out it looked pristine. We put it into a player and the sound was crystal clear and didn’t stall once!
So then we took some of our PS2 and Xbox games and ran them through. Again they came out pristine and worked without hesitation.
Our first customer was hesitant…….. In fact it was someone I work with outside of the store. I offered to repair a Microsoft sever 2003 office CD that simply would not run. I offered to repair it free. If it worked all I asked for was her to let people know that it worked and wasn’t a scam. Needless to say I have referrals from her all the time.
If you are a small to medium business especially selling second hand disks you can not afford NOT to order a disc-go-devil at a minimum. This machine has now paid for itself simply in disks that we have repaired in our inventory. Our profit is growing as people find out we do repairs for them rather than them having to throw out their disks or find someone that will only offer them a few cents for their disks.

I first started with the Disc-Go-Pod, which is a good machine but required more time, maintenance and didn’t handle the volume I needed. The Disc-Go-Devil is a dream in comparison. Quick simple, low maintenance and it even counts so you know when to replace your pads and polish. I would definitely recommend this machine.

It is always nice to know that a company we buy products from really cares about what their customers think. As far as the Disc-Go Devil goes myself along with my employees who use it frequently think it is fabulous. Its ease of use is unmatched by anything we've used so far. Overall it really gets the job done!

Our library purchased the Disc Go Devil in March,
2007. It is used in Collection Access by our processing
staff to clean dvds and cds. The Disco Go Devil
cleans and removes various degrees of scratches.
Using it reduces the number of dvds/cds discarded,
especially the expensive sets. One of the dvds/cds
in a set can be badly scratched and the machine
does an excellent job removing the scratches. If
one of the dvds/cds in a set is damaged it cannot
be reordered by itself. The whole set has to be
reordered. Removing scratches from damaged dvds/cds
sets has saved money.
The Disc Go Devil is housed on a staff member's
work desk and can be easily moved to another workstation
if required. It is not too heavy to lift. Of course
care should be exercised when using it or carrying
it around. It is very easy to operate. It is operated
on a daily basis for two to three hours at a time.
One person has the responsibility for cleaning the
dvds/cds and another person is trained as backup.
The branches send the very badly scratched dvds/cds
to the Processing unit for staff to work on. The
dvd/cds can be back to the branches by the next
day.
I would highly recommend the Disc Go Devil. Disc-Go-Technologies
Inc. provides very good customer service and is
quick to respond to questions either by email or
phone.
